These Community Standards apply to all user-generated content and interactions on VmShellCN, including account profiles, discussions, replies, comments, creator pages, uploaded videos, support tickets, direct contact messages, order notes, and any other material or communication submitted through the platform or app.
You must use the platform in a respectful and lawful manner. Content or behavior that attacks, threatens, humiliates, exploits, or harms others is not allowed.
If you publish travel content, videos, routes, products, or creator posts, you confirm that you own the content or have the right to publish it, and that all factual claims are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Users can report objectionable content, block abusive users, and contact support. VmShellCN may review, limit, hide, reject, de-rank, suspend, or remove any content or account that appears unsafe, misleading, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful.
We may warn, temporarily restrict, permanently disable, or delete accounts that violate these rules. Severe or repeated violations may be escalated without prior notice.
Users may request account deletion from their account area or through support. Safety, moderation, report handling, and account action notices may be delivered by email to the account holder and relevant administrators.
