My parents want a comfortable first visit to Tibet. We prefer lighter pacing, warm hotel service and scenic points without rushing. Is 7 days enough if we include Lhasa and Namtso, or should we plan 9 to 10 days?

For a first Tibet trip with parents, we recommend 8 to 9 days. That gives enough room for acclimatization, slower mornings and one scenic day without turning the route into a rush.
